2. Services Provided
DiagnoLab provides diagnostic and pathology services including but not limited to:
- Clinical laboratory testing and pathology services
- Home sample collection services
- Online appointment booking and report delivery
- Health checkup packages
- Consultation services (where applicable)
3. User Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age, or using our services under parental/guardian supervision
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- All information provided by you is accurate and complete
- You will update information promptly if it changes
4. Appointment Booking and Cancellation
4.1 Booking
- Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
- Confirmation of appointment will be sent via SMS/email
- Appointment times are subject to availability
4.2 Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before the scheduled time
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges
- Rescheduling is subject to availability
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
5. Sample Collection
5.1 Home Collection
- Home collection is available within designated service areas
- Additional charges may apply for locations outside standard service zones
- Patient must be available at the specified time and location
- Safe and hygienic environment must be provided for sample collection
5.2 Sample Requirements
- Some tests require fasting or specific preparation
- Patient must follow all pre-test instructions provided
- Failure to follow instructions may affect test accuracy
6. Test Results and Reports
6.1 Report Delivery
- Reports are delivered within the specified turnaround time
- Delivery time varies by test type (routine, specialized, etc.)
- Reports can be accessed online, via email, or collected physically
- Critical values will be communicated immediately to the patient or physician
6.2 Report Accuracy
- We strive for maximum accuracy using standardized procedures
- Reports are based on the sample provided and information given
- Sample integrity issues may affect results
- Discrepancies should be reported immediately for investigation
6.3 Report Usage
- Reports are for the patient and their healthcare provider
- Reports should be interpreted by qualified healthcare professionals
- We are not responsible for interpretation or treatment decisions
- Reports remain the property of DiagnoLab
7. Payment Terms
7.1 Pricing
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Package prices are valid for the tests included at the time of booking
7.2 Payment Methods
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets
- Payment must be made before or at the time of sample collection
- For online bookings, advance payment may be required
7.3 Refunds
- Refunds are processed only in case of service failure from our end
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service date
- Processing time for refunds is 7-10 business days
- Refunds are subject to investigation and approval
8. Patient Responsibilities
As a patient, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate personal and health information
- Following pre-test instructions carefully
- Being present at the scheduled time for sample collection
- Informing us of any allergies or health conditions
- Making timely payments for services
- Safeguarding your login credentials and personal information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
9. Confidentiality and Privacy

10. Intellectual Property
- All content on our website is owned by DiagnoLab or licensed to us
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission
- Our trademarks, logos, and brand materials are protected
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service

13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DiagnoLab harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
- Providing false or misleading information
- Unauthorized use of our services
- Violation of any third-party rights
